Iowa License Law

• Classes are September 10,14 & 17,2009

• 6:30 PM - 10:30PM ( 4 hrs per night for 3 nights - a total of 12 hrs)

• This class qualifies for 8 hours of Law Update and 4 hours of continuing education.

Ownership, Encumbrances & Transfer of Title - Classes 4-5-6

• 6:30 PM - 10:30 PM ( 4 hrs per night for 3 nights - a total of 12 hrs)

The 60 hour pre-license course, "Principles of Real Estate", consists of the five sets of classes shown above. These classes, starting September 10, 2009, must be completed to receive the certificate necessary to take the test to obtain a real estate license. If you need your pre-license certificate, you must come to all classes, running Monday and Thursday nights from 6:30 PM - 10:30 PM starting September 10,2009 and ending November 5,2009. The cost is $425.00 and includes the textbook.

The five sets of classes above can also be used individually by licensees for continuing education.

You can come for three nights and receive 12 hours of credit for $100.00

You can come to any class #4 - # 14for one evening & receive 4 hours credit for $40
