Theresa has worked in the Council Bluffs and Omaha area for the past 20 years. She started college in South Dakota studying engineering and playing for their volleyball team, she finished her Bachelors of Buisness at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is currently working on her Masters in Finance. Most of her background comes from the mortgage industry but she has been licensed in real estate since 2004. She specializes in rehab properties, forclosures, and investment property. Using her vast knowledge of finance and real estate she gives her clients superior service and guidance in navigating through the process of buying and selling homes.
